鲁仕祥，特任副教授，博士毕业于合肥工业大学管理科学与工程专业。2021-08至2023-08，受国家留学基金委资助赴英国诺桑比亚大学电力与控制系统研究中心做访问学者。主要从事智能控制、大型机组的健康管理与寿命预测、基于数据隐私的去中心化诊断技术等研究。

近3年先后在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering、Energy等学术期刊发表论文10余篇。作为技术骨干参与国家级与省部级项目4项。同时担任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics & Security等10余种国际期刊活跃审稿人。
